1.Dibvtyacy adenosine Cyclophosphate sodium salt is the derivatives of cyclic adenosine monophosphate, the role and purpose of which is similar to cyclic adenosine monophosphate. Effects are as
follows:(1).Different with the cAMP, this product can through the cell membrane and play a direct role in the cell.
(2).Inhibit the activity of phosphodiesterase, but which can not be decomposed by phosphodiesterase.  
(3).Activating of protein phosphatase and increasing Ca2+ transferring can enhance myocardial systolic and diastolic function, and this effect was not inhibited by β-blockers.  
(4).Expanding the peripheral blood vessel, reducing vascular resistance. Thereby improving peripheral circulation.
(5).Increasing renal blood flow to increasing urinary excretion
(6).Can relieve the inhibition of insulin secretion when the shock catecholamine concentration increases, so that insulin is hypersecretion, thereby promoting tissue glucose uptake, improve energy metabolism.  
(7).Extended survival in mice and rats.        
               
2.Mainly used for angina in clinical; also for myocarditis, cardiogenic shock and subretinal hemorrhage after surgery.
